Nano-Needling can be done every two to three weeks. For best results, we recommend a series of treatments.

Eyelash extensions are a popular new service and product that lengthens and thickens your own natural eyelashes. Lash extensions are single strands of synthetic eyelashes that are curved to replicate a natural eyelash. They are applied to each individual natural eyelash one by one for a natural, beautiful and full look. Eyelash extensions are perfect for special occasions or for day to day wear.
You will not need to curl your lashes or apply mascara.
With proper application, meaning one synthetic eyelash applied to one natural lash, the look and feel is completely natural looking and real.
When applied properly, eyelash extensions will last the length of the natural growth cycle. Everyone’s experience will differ based on day to day activities. We recommend getting a touch up every 2 to 3 weeks. If you wait too long, your eyelash extensions will fall out and you will require a full set. Natural eyelashes fall off every 4-8 weeks due to the natural growth cycle and are naturally replaced with the growth of a new eyelash. Other factors such as exposure to steam or touching the eyes a lot may cause the extensions to fall out sooner.
Yes. The bonding agent we use is waterproof and allows the wearer to shower, swim, exercise etc. Special care is required but overall maintenance is low. We do recommend, however, waiting 4hrs after lash application.
Try to arrive without any eye makeup and do not curl your lashes that day.
The application process for lash extensions normally takes anywhere from 45 min to 1.5 hours with someone who is experienced. If you go to an apprentice/newly certified eyelash technician it may take up to 3 hours. You will lay comfortably on a bed with your eyes closed. The eyelash tech will then apply an under eye pad to cover and protect your lower lashes. The extensions are then applied to each individual eyelash on a hair by hair basis.
– Avoid showering, steam rooms, massages and facials after lash application for at least 4hrs.
– Use oil-free makeup remover to keep your eyes clean.
– Do not curl your eyelashes or wear mascara. If you choose to wear mascara, make sure it is water-based and apply from the middle, avoiding the root area.
– Avoid running water directly on your lashes (jet spray) while in the shower.
– Use a headband when you’re hitting the gym or working up a sweat so as to avoid oil build up from your skin.
– Do not rub or pull on your lashes, this may cause them to fall out prematurely.
Wait 2-3 weeks after perming or dying your lashes. You must wait 2-3 months after eye surgery and get your doctors approval.
During the application, we cannot tell which eyelashes are at the beginning or end of their growth cycle. If we happen to apply the extension onto an eyelash that is near its end, then it may unfortunately fall out shortly after your visit. At Voila, our lashes are guaranteed for 24-48 hours. If you have a noticeable gap reach out quickly allowing us to book a fix.
Lash lifts and tints generally last 6-8 weeks (depending on your growth cycle). Please note: shorter lashes may not get desirable results.
Also known as eyebrow embroidery, feathering or etching, microblading is a semi-permanent makeup procedure. It is a form of tattoo artistry where pigment is implanted under your skin with a manual handheld tool instead of a machine. The tech will draw hair-like strokes with the tool to mimic natural hairs in your brows. Even though it’s not as deep as the regular tattoo, it’s still a tattoo because pigment is implanted under the skin. Microblading is perfect for those who want to fully reconstruct, define, cover gaps, or fill-in over plucked brows! Achieve full, natural looking brows without the need for pencils, powders or brushes!
During the microblading process we use a special microblading pen to draw on individual strokes one by one. It’s an extremely meticulous process that takes around two hours to complete. The first hour we’re drawing the shape in with removable pencil. That’s the longest part and the most important step. During this time, the best customized shape for every client is chosen.
Before the microblading begins, a topical numbing cream is applied to the area to minimize discomfort. Some feel more than others. Overall it feels like little scratches. You feel it, but it’s not unbearable.
The healing process is different for everyone, and it takes between 25 and 30 days. Between one and three months we recommend a perfection appointment to get your best results, although it may not be necessary in many cases. Microblading is low maintenance, after healing, you can rub them and enjoy swimming.
That means protecting freshly bladed brows from all moisture–no sweaty workouts or washing your face with water. Some patients experience itching and redness during the first week, which Vaseline can alleviate. Brows will look slightly darker at first, but the colour will fade 30 to 40 percent. Aftercare ointments are provided during your first appointment. Overall they look great right away, slight redness and mild swelling is normal.
Regular Eyebrow Tint only colours the hair and Henna tint not only colours the hair, but it also stains the skin. It penetrates the hair follicle differently; making the tint on the hair last longer than regular tint (about two to three weeks).
Some people are anxious over the permanency of brow tattooing and wonder how painful it may be, which is why henna tinting is a wonderful option to test the waters! It is painless and a nice way to trial a shape and colour then make up your mind if you want to work up to something more permanent.
It’s not a dye that has peroxide like regular brow tinting. It’s all natural and derived from plants. Because it is all natural, it is safe to use on the majority of skin types.
Patients who have taken isotretinoin (Accutane) within the previous 12 months or are currently pregnant cannot have the treatment. Patients who have a history of radiation treatments, collage/vascular diseases or autoimmune disease may not respond as well. In addition, smokers do not heal as well and excessive alcohol and excessive sun exposure limit results.
Skin needling can be safely performed on all skin types and colors. There is no risk of post-inflammatory hyper-pigmentation as the melanocytes remain intact (as long as post-care instructions are followed). This treatment is highly effective if you’re hoping to reduce the appearance of fine lines (especially around the eyes and lips), improve the tone and texture of your skin, shrink the appearance of your pore size, reduce pigmentation or lift and firm the skin.

Nano-Needling can be done every two to three weeks. For best results, we recommend a series of treatments.
Typically semi-permanent makeup lasts 1-3 years but a few factors come into play here. The ink is iron oxide based, which means if you have an iron deficiency your tattoo will fade faster.

The day of waxing Prepare your skin for the wax – Don’t wash your skin: We will be using a resin-based ‘salon’ style wax, do not wash your skin before waxing. Resin based waxes are oil soluble. You actually need that layer of natural skin oils to remain. This reduces discomfort as the wax sticks less to your skin, but it will still grab and remove the hair just fine. Don’t stress too much if you have washed your skin, but in that case it is highly advised to use some talc or soft powder to give that layer of protection between skin and wax.
Exfoliate your skin the day before your wax, it makes a big difference. Exfoliating is super important because it removes all the dead skin cells to prevent clogging of the follicle (the cause of those pesky ingrown hairs!). It also makes it easier for the wax to pick up each and every little hair, resulting in a smoother finish. So scrub before you come in for best results!
It’s super important to keep your skin hydrated by moisturizing regularly, BUT give the lotion a skip on the day of your appointment. Oils on the skin and hair may prevent the wax from grabbing the hair properly.
Dermaplaning is usually performed every three to four weeks. It is good to have the skin complete its normal rejuvenation cycle, which is thirty days, before going back and having the treatment done again. The procedure generally will remove between two to three weeks of dead skin from the facial area.
People who suffer from acne or have excess oil should not have dermaplaning performed. The reason why you want to avoid this procedure is because if the hair is removed from the area, the oils may cause bacteria growth which could lead to acne breakouts.
Diamond microdermabrasion is one of the easiest and most effective ways to fight the effects of aging. In this type of treatment, dead skin cells are exfoliated and vacuumed off the face with a machine that uses tips covered in tiny diamonds. Additionally, this treatment helps increase blood flow and collagen production.
This effective and non-invasive treatment is especially safe and gentle. Not only that, it is also known to be very effective on deep acne scars or old stretch marks. This procedure is great for wrinkles, fine lines, acne scars, uneven skin tone, and more.
This simple and pain-free procedure comes with many great benefits. Here are just a few benefits of diamond microdermabrasion:
